LG today launched a new device in India called the LG Stylus 2 Plus that comes with a bigger display and mid-range specifications. It is priced at Rs. 24,450 (around $365) and is available in black color option in India. This smartphone also comes with a stylus pen having the nano-coated tip and Pen Pop feature that opens a pop-up menu when the stylus is removed and gives shortcuts to Pop Memo and Pop Scanner.

With the new LG Stylus 2 Plus, consumer experience shall be a delight with some innovative features such as Pen Pop, which shall enable Instant access to all pen functions, Pop Scanner, which shall enable picture editing like never before, Screen-Off Memo, using which users can write Memos on phone screen without the need to wake up the phone, Pen Keeper, that alerts the user when they forget to place the stylus back after use and many more.” said Amit Gujral, Marketing Head LG Mobiles India.
The LG Stylus 2 Plus comes with a 5.7-inch full HD IPS Quantum display with 1920 × 1080 pixels resolution and is powered by a 1.4 GHz octa-core Snapdragon 430 processor with Adreno 505 GPU. It has 3GB of RAM with 16GB internal storage and microSD card expandable storage as well. It runs on the Android 6.0 (Marshmallow) OS out of the box and supports single SIM option.
It features a 16-megapixel rear camera with LED Flash and an 8-megapixel front-facing LED flash camera. It is powered by a removable 3000mAh battery and connectivity options includes 4G VoLTE, GPS, WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n and Bluetooth 4.1. It measures 155 x 79.6 x 7.4mm and weights 146g. it also comes with a fingerprint sensor on the rear side. It was announced last month for Taiwan where it was priced at NT$ 10,900 (around $334) that means its overpriced in India.
