LG had teased the proposed launch of its latest V20 smartphone scheduled for September 6 in San Francisco but the specs the device will pack when it is launched wasn’t disclosed.
Good news is, the specifications of the LG V20 have been leaked and we’ve got an idea of the features the next big thing from LG will tag along. The leaked details reveals that the LG V20 will retain the same 5.7-inch QHD display which the V10 featured and the flagship will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 chipset, different from the Snapdragon 808 processor the V10 carried.
On top of that, the LG V20 will be equipped with 4GB of RAM and will boot Android 7.0 Nougat out-of-the-box. If this turns out to be true, that would make the V20 the first non-Nexus smartphone that would run on Google’s latest operating system.
In addition, the LG V20 is said to sport an epic 21MP rear camera sensor with LED flash and an 8MP front facing camera for selfies. This sure is another upgrade from the V10 which sports a 16MP rear shooter and a 5MP one upfront.
That is all we know about the device for now, all the juice would be unleashed on September 6 by LG so keep a date.
