A new Coolpad device has just been spotted getting approval at Chinese TENAA with impressive specifications and full metal design. The device is listed with code name Coolpad A9S-9 and comes with 6GB of RAM. The front camera is also having a flash if we check the leaked images from TENAA listing. The device was previously found listed at GFXBench with most of the specs listed. Let’s checkout the images and specifications of this device we spotted at TENAA.
The Coolpad A9S-9 is listed at TENAA with a 5.5-inch full-HD OLED display with 1920 × 1080 pixel resolution and is powered by a 2.35GHz octa-core processor which will be the MediaTek Helio P20 MT6757 (Cortex A53 – ARMv8) with ARM Mali-T880 GPU. It comes with 6GB of RAM and 64GB inbuilt storage capacity with up to 32GB expandable MicroSD card storage slot. It runs on the Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow OS out of the box.
It features a 12-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and an 8-megapixel front facing camera. It is backed up by a 3800mAh battery and connectivity options includes 4G LTE, 3G, Bluetooth, USB, GPS, WiFi and FM Radio support. It comes with Golden Dawn and Johnnie Walker Gold color options. It measures 152 × 75.5 × 7.85 mm and 171 grams. A fingerprint scanner is also placed below the rear camera.
At GFXBench, it was listed with 4GB of RAM instead of 6GB, so we may assume that two variant will be released by the company of this new device in the upcoming days. We have to wait for the official announcement of this device which may happen at the IFA 2016 starting tomorrow. Stay tuned.
