Lenovo launched a number of new smartphone this IFA that includes K series phones Lenovo K6, Lenovo K6 Power and Lenovo K6 Note announced yesterday. Not only these, Lenovo also announced two more phones namely Lenovo A Plus and Lenovo P2. The Lenovo A Plus is a budgeted phone while the Lenovo P2 is the mid-ranger. The Lenovo P2 has been priced at EUR 249 (around $276) while the Lenovo A Plus is priced at EUR 69(around $77). Both will be in the European markets and the Lenovo P2 will be available starting November and the Lenovo A Plus will be available starting this month.
The Lenovo Vibe A Plus comes with a 4.5-inch FWVGA display with 480 x 854 pixels resolution and is powered by a 1.3GHz MediaTek MT6580 processor with 1GB of RAM and 8GB in-built storage capacity expandable up to 32GB via microSD card. It runs on the Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS out of the box and supports dual-SIMs. It features a 5-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and a 2-megapixel front camera. A 2000mAh battery backup this device and its supports 4G with VoLTE, 3G, Bluetooth, WiFi, GPS and other connectivity options.
The Lenovo P2 comes with mid-range specs like a 5.5-inch full-HD AMOLED display with 1080×1920 pixels resolution and is powered by a Snapdragon 625 processor with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of inbuilt storage and is further expandable via microSD card slot. It features a 13-megapixel rear camera with dual LED flash and a 5-megapixel front facing camera. It comes with a bigger 5100mAh battery for long lasting battery life. An upgraded variant of the Lenovo P2 with 4GB RAM with 64GB inbuilt storage will also be launched soon in China as per Lenovo.
