LG is expected to pop the V20 flagship on September 6 and ahead of that date, new real life image of the flagship has leaked online, giving us a preview of the large display the V20 is coming with.
The LG V20 is said to retain the 5.7-inch display that the V10 featured, but the leaked image seem to give the idea that the device is bigger than that. Although the way the device is held on the leaked image may be what made it look bigger, we cannot rule out the device being up to 6-inches in the long run. The leaked image also reveals the V20 will still have the black borders around the display which some find awful. Also, there will be Virtual keys at the bottom of the display screen which bears semblance to HTC design philosophy. This new renders also look similar to the images outed by popular French tipster @OnLeaks on Twitter last month.
Earlier leaked specs details revealed the LG V20 will sport a 5.7-inch QHD display with 2K resolution and the flagship will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 chipset, different from the Snapdragon 808 processor the V10 carried. In addition, the LG V20 will be equipped with 4GB of RAM and is said to sport 16MP dual cameras at the rear camera and an 8MP front facing camera for selfies. The V20 is also said to cram a massive 4,000mAh battery under its hood and run on Android 7.0 Nougat.
LG is also said to be improving on the audio performance of the device with an improved ES 32bit DAC HiFi quad-core chip the device is said to feature. The LG V20 is also said to launch with B&O PLAY headphones in the box.
