After India, Motorola has started receiving pre-orders for its affordable budgeted smartphone in the Moto G series called Moto G4 Play in the United States as well. The device is priced at $149.99 in the US and the shipping of the device will start on September 15th. You can pre-order the Moto G4 Play in the US via the official Motorola store online and you can choose Black or White color option while pre-ordering the device. You can also pre-order the device via the Amazon website where it is listed for the same price but with lock screen offers & ads in addition. You can get it for just $99.99 form Amazon with Prime subscription and with that lock screen ads and offers.
To compare, the Moto G4 Play is priced at Rs. 8999 (around $135) in India which is around $15 cheaper than from the US one. The G4 Play comes with a 5-inch HD display with 1280 x 720 pixels resolution and is powered by a 1.2 GHz 64-bit quad-core Snapdragon 410 (MSM8916) processor with Adreno 306 GPU. It has 2GB of RAM with 16GB internal storage that is expandable up to 128GB with microSD card and it runs on the Android 6.0.1 (Marshmallow) OS out of the box. It also supports Dual SIM option.
A 8-megapixel rear camera is available with LED flash, f/2.2 aperture, 1080p video recording and a 5-megapixel front-facing camera with f/2.2 aperture.
