After so many rumors and leaks, HTC has finally launched the two new HTC Desire 10 series devices HTC Desire 10 Lifestyle and HTC Desire 10 Pro. The HTC Desire 10 Lifestyle is priced at £249 (around $324) for the 3GB RAM variant with 32GB inbuilt storage while the price for the 2GB RAM and 16GB inbuilt storage variant was not announced.
It will be available in the UK, Taiwan and a number of other markets starting this month. The Desire 10 Lifestyle and Desire 10 Pro are also listed on HTC Taiwan website with images and specs.
Both the phones will be available in Stone Black, Polar White, Royal Blue and Valentine Lux color options. The HTC Desire 10 Pro pricing will be available soon according to the company and will be available starting next month. Both the phones comes with mid-range specifications MediaTek and Snapdragon processors and 3GB and 4GB RAM.
The HTC Desire 10 Lifestyle comes with a 5.5-inch HD Super LCD display with Corning Gorilla Glass protection and 1280 x 720 pixels resolution and is powered by a 1.6 GHz Quad-Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 processor with Adreno 305 GPU. it comes with two variants with one having 3GB RAM + 32GB inbuilt storage and the second one having 2GB RAM + 16GB inbuilt storage. Both the variant comes with up to 2TB microSD card expandable storage.
It runs on the Android 6.0 (Marshmallow) OS with HTC Sense UI on top and supports Dual SIMs. It features a 13-megapixel rear camera with LED Flash, f/2.2 aperture and a 5-megapixel front-facing camera with f/2.8 aperture. Its backed up by a 2700mAh battery and connectivity options includes 4G LTE, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.1, GPS and GLONASS. It measures 156.9 x 76.9 x 7.7mm and weights 155 grams. It also comes with HTC BoomSound technology with 24-bit Hi-Res audio certification and Dolby Audio enhancement.
The HTC Desire 10 Pro comes with a 5.5-inch full-HD IPS display with 1920 x 1080 pixels resolution and Corning Gorilla Glass protection. It is powered by a 1.8 GHz octa-core MediaTek Helio P10 processor with up to 550MHz Mali T860 GPU and comes with 3GB and 4GB of RAM with 32GB and 64GB internal storage and both having expandable storage up to 2TB via microSD card. It again runs on the Android 6.0 (Marshmallow) OS with HTC Sense UI on top and supports Dual SIMs.
It features a 20-megapixel rear camera with dual LED flash, Laser AF, f/2.2 aperture and a 13-megapixel front-facing camera with f/2.2 aperture. It comes with 3000mAh battery and connectivity options includes 4G LTE, WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n (2.4GHz + 5GHz), Bluetooth 4.2, GPS and NFC. It measures 156.5 x 76 x 7.86 mm and weights 165 grams. The Desire 10 Pro comes with a fingerprint sensor available on the rear side and also supports HTC BoomSound and other Audio enhancement features available with the Desire 10 Lifestyle.
