Samsung has launched two smartphones in the Galaxy C series which are named Galaxy C5 and Galaxy C7 and both comes with excellent specifications including 4GB of RAM and Snapdragon processors. We were getting reports in the past that Samsung may launch yet another smartphone in the Galaxy C series known as Samsung Galaxy C9 with model number SM-C9000.
Samsung has launched the Galaxy C series devices in China only, so we can expect that Galaxy C9 will also be available in China first or in China only. The Samsung Galaxy C9 was previously spotted at Indian Import/Export tracking website with a 5.7-inch display. Now the device has been spotted on a benchmark website revealing some of the key specifications of the device.
The Galaxy C9 device has been listed on the GeekBench database with model number SM-C9000 and lists it with a Snapdragon 652 (MSM8976) processor and with 6GB of RAM. It runs on the Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow OS out of the box with no other specifications of the device listed in the benchmark database listing. So it will be having excellent amount of RAM, a 5.7-inch display, Android Marshmallow and a better Snapdragon processor at the time of its launch.
The Galaxy C9 with model number SM-C9000 has also been spotted listed at AnTuTu benchmark revealing some more specifications. At AnTuTu, The Galaxy C9 is listed with a full-HD display of 1920×1080 pixel resolution and is listed with Snapdragon 652 SoC with Adreno 510 GPU, 6GB of RAM and 64GB inbuilt storage capacity. It also features a 16-megapixel rear camera and a 16-megapixel front facing camera as well. it runs on the Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow OS out of the box.
More details about the device may be revealed with its TENAA listing or from its upcoming leaks as well. We have to wait for the official confirmation also, so till then, take the above information with a pinch of salt. Stay tuned.
