LeEco launches Le Pro 3 with 6GB of RAM and a large 4070mAh battery

LeEco today launched a new flagship device called Le Pro 3 that is the successor to the Le Pro 2 smartphone. The Le Pro 3 is priced at 1799 yuan ($270) for the 4GB RAM with 32GB internal storage variant while the 6GB RAM with 64G inbuilt storage variant is priced at 1999 yuan ($299). A special Zhang Yimou edition is priced at 2499 yuan ($374) with 4GB RAM and 64GB inbuilt storage while the 6GB RAM with 128GB inbuilt storage option is priced at 2999 yuan ($449). The pre-orders starts today and shipping starts September 28th.

The Le Pro 3 comes with a metal unibody design and is just  7.5 mm thick. It comes with a 5.5-inch 1920 x 1080 pixels Full HD 2.5D curved glass display and comes powered by the latest processor offering from Qualcomm called 2.35GHz quad-core Snapdragon 821 processor with Adreno 530 GPU. You will get 4GB of LPDDR4 RAM and 32GB UFS 2.0 inbuilt storage and 6GB LPDDR4 RAM with 64GB UFS 2.0 inbuilt storage variants.

A 16-megapixel rear camera stars with a dual-tone LED Flash, Sony IMX298 sensor, PDAF and f/2.0 aperture. For selfies we have an 8-megapixel front-facing camera with 1.4um pixel size, f/2.2 aperture, 76.5-degree wide-angle lens. it runs on the Android 6.0 (Marshmallow) OS with EUI 5.8 on top.

This device has support for Dual SIM and you also get a large 4070mAh battery with Quick Charge 3.0 feature that is ready always to charge you phone fast and giving 3 hours of talk time with just 5 minutes of charging using the 24W fast charger. You get 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11ac (2.4/5 GHz) MIMO, Bluetooth 4.2, GPS, USB Type-C, NFC connectivity features and additional audio enhancement features like CDLA audio, dual speakers and Dolby Atmos.

It measures 151.1×74.2×7.5mm and weights 175 grams. It also features a fingerprint sensor on the rear side and an infrared sensor. It is available only in China currently and will be available globally soon however, the company haven’t shared any global availability details of the phone.
