Gionee P7 launched with 2GB RAM, quad-core processor and a 2300mAh battery

Gionee today announced a new ‘P’ series smartphone in India called Gionee P7 that is priced at Rs. 9999 (around $148) and is available for sale in the country via online and offline channels. It comes with White, Latte Gold and Grey color options and features a glass back having ripple patterns for better gripping. The front camera of the device comes with a screen flash and features an HD display. This device looks costly if we compare it with the devices in the same range and you can better ones like Moto E3 Power that is available at lower price than this one.

Gionee P7 comes with a 5-inch HD IPS display with soda line glass protection and 1280 x 720 pixels resolution. It is powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core processor and has 2GB of RAM with 16GB internal storage capacity and you can further expand it up to 128GB with microSD card slot available.

You can use two SIMs as it is available with Dual SIM option. It features an 8-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and a 5-megapixel front-facing camera. It is backed up by a 2300mAh battery and connectivity options includes 3.5mm audio jack, 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0 , GPS and with FM Radio support as well. No information available of its global availability as of now.

Gionee is going to launch two new smartphones in the Chinese market including the high-end premium smartphone Gionee M2017 and Gionee F5. The Gionee M2017 specifications includes a 5.7-inches QHD AMOLED dual curved edges display with 2560 × 1440 pixels resolution, a 1.95GHz octa-core MediaTek Helio P10 processor with a true octa-core 64-bit Cortex-A53 CPU and a dual-core 64-bit Mali-T860 GPU for graphics.

Further it has 6GB of RAM, 128GB of inbuilt storage capacity, Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow OS, dual-SIM, a dual rear camera setup with a 12-megapixel and a 13-megapixel lenses with dual-tone LED flash, an 8-megaixel front facing camera, a 7000mAh battery and 4G LTE with VoLTE connectivity.

The Gionee F5 comes with a a 5.3-inch IPS HD display, a 1.5 GHz octa-core processor, 4GB RAM, 64GB inbuilt storage, up to 128GB capacity expandable MicroSD card, Android 6.0 (Marshmallow) OS, a 13-megapixel rear camera with LED flash, an 8-megapixel front facing camera, a 4000 mAh battery and connectivity options includes 4G VoLTE.
