Samsung Galaxy C7 Pro launched in China with Snapdragon 626, 4GB RAM and a 3300mAh battery

After so many rumors and leaks, Samsung has finally launched the new device in the Galaxy C series as Galaxy C7 Pro in China today. The Samsung Galaxy C7 pro is expected to be priced at $199 and will be available for pre-orders in China starting January 16th. No details available about its global launch and the pricing details are also unknown at the moment. It will be available in Rose Pink, Arctic Blue and Maple Leaf Gold color options and it runs on the Android Marshmallow OS and not on the Nougat OS, unfortunately. It features a 5.7-inch Full HD Super AMOLED display with 1920×1080 pixels and also supports always on display. It is powered by a 2.2GHz octa-core Snapdragon 626 14nm processor with Adreno 506 GPU and has 4GB of RAM with 64GB internal storage capacity that is further expandable up to 256GB via micro SD card. It runs on the Android 6.0.1 (Marshmallow) OS out of the box and comes with hybrid Dual SIM support (nano+nano/microSD).

It features a 16-megapixel rear camera with dual-tone LED flash, f/1.9 aperture and a 16-megapixel front camera with f/1.9 aperture as well. It also comes with a fingerprint sensor on the physical home button on front panel. A 3300mAh battery backs up the device with up to 110 hours of standby time. It comes with 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11ac (2.4 + 5GHz), Bluetooth v 4.2, GPS, NFC and USB Type C connectivity options. It measures 156.5 X 77.2 X 7.0 mm and weights 172 grams.

Samsung also launched the Galaxy J3 Emerge in the US today with specs including a 5-inch HD Super AMOLED display with 1280 x 720 pixels resolution and is powered by a 1.4 GHz octa core Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 processor. It comes with 1.5GB of RAM with 16GB internal storage capacity with expandable storage up to 256GB with microSD card slot. It runs on the Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS out of the box.

It features a 5-megapixel auto focus rear camera with LED Flash and f/1.9 aperture and a 2-megapixel front-facing camera. It is backed up by a 2600mAh battery that comes with up to 23 hours of talk time and up to 71 hours of music play time. Connectivity options includes 4G LTE / 3G HSPA+, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.2, GPS, USB 2.0, 3.5mm audio jack and also comes with FM Radio support. It measures 140.9 x 70.1 x 8.7 mm and weights 147 grams.
