JohnNokia has launched Nokia Lumia 525 in India today. Nokia Lumia 525 is priced at Rs. 10399. The phone is available in four colors Black, White, Yellow and Orange colors. It was launched in November last year. Nokia has already announced Nokia Lumia 525 along with Lumia 1320 in February 2014, but the early release is a bit of surprise by Nokia.
Nokia Lumia 525 has a 10.16 cm TrueColor IPS LCD WVGA Super sensitive touch display with resolution of 800 x 480 pixels. Other features of display are Brightness control, Orientation sensor, Lumia Color profile.
It is powered by a dual-core 1GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 processor. It has 1 GB RAM and 8 GB internal storage and 64 GB expandable storage. It also has 7 GB of SkyDrive cloud storage available.
Nokia Lumia 525 has a 5 MP main camera with auto focus with two-stage capture key feature. It has no front camera available and also there is no flash available. The camera has features like Touch focus, Landscape orientation, Auto and manual exposure, Auto and manual white balance, Active toolbar, Full screen viewfinder, Geotagging, Automatic photo upload to web services, Full resolution photo and video upload.
There is a BL-5J 1430 mAh battery also available with 14 days of stand by time and 16.9 hrs of talk time on 2G. Connectivity features includes USB 2.0, Bluetooth 4.0, Wi-Fi etc.
Update: Nokia has also launched Lumia 1320 which was announced along with Lumia 525 for Rs. 23,999.
