Finally, Android 4.4.2 Kitkat update starts rolling in India for HTC One phablets as fb user Gagan Vadehra reported this news on HTCOne Facebook page. This update is now available via OTA and it is of 330.06 MB in size.
This update contains important enhancements, features and bug fixes. It will bring new features like Cloud print service, improved memory management and other security enhancements.
Last year, in October, HTC updated HTC One to Android 4.3 Jelly Bean and now it started receiving the new Kitkat 4.4.2 update which is nice move by HTC.
Still no information is available when will HTC update its Desire series phones to new Android kitkat.
So if you have received the notification for software update in your HTC One then just go for it using a WiFi connection, if not, then just go to Settings > About > Software Updates > Check now option to update your phone.
