Sony launched another Xperia series smartphone called Sony Xperia M2 in MWC 2014 yesterday. The company hasn’t provided any price related details yet. It will be available for sale starting April all over the world in three color variants Black, White and Purple.
In a press release, Sony has said that Xperia M2 will be available for price less than 220 EUR which is nearly INR 19,000. There will a dual sim version also available called Xperia M2 Dual with similar features like Xperia M2.
Sony Xperia M2 comes with 4.8 inch TFT qHD display with 960 x 540 pixels resolution. It will be powered by 1.2 GHz Qualcomm MSM8226 Quad Core Adreno 305 processor.
It will run on Google Android 4.3 Jelly Bean OS with 1GB RAM and 8GB internal storage with 32 GB expandable storage via microSD card. It consists of 8 megapixels rear camera with HD video recording (1080 p).
It comes with 2300 mAh battery. Connectivity options are also available such as aGPS, Bluetooth 4.0, Smart Connect, Multiple IM, USB High speed 2.0, Xperia Link, Wi-Fi, HD Voice etc.
