Samsung has launched the much awaited Samsung Galaxy Tab S in India on Tuesday. There are two two variants of this tab available which are Samsung Galaxy Tab S 10.5 inch and Samsung Galaxy Tab S 8.4 inch tablets.
Samsung Galaxy Tab S 10.5 is available at Rs. 44,800 and Samsung Galaxy Tab S 8.4 is available for Rs. 37,800 respectively. Both tablets are available in two color variants Titanium Bronze and Dazzling white.
Samsung Galaxy Tab S 8.4 and 10.5 variants have similar specifications. The difference only is of battery which is 7,900mAh in 10.5 inch tablet and 8.4 inch tablet has 4,900mAh battery.
Both 8.4 inch tablet and 10.5 inch variant comes with WQXGA Super AMOLED display with 2560×1600 pixel resolution and are powered by an Exynos 5 Octa processor (1.9GHz quad-core+ 1.3GHz quad-core).
Other specifications includes Android 4.4 Kitkat OS. Both have 3 GB RAM and 16/32GB Memory with MicroSD expansion up to 128GB. Both have 8MP LED flash and 2.1MP front cameras.
Connectivity features available are Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS, USB 2.0 etc with Samsung UI. Other features available are ideSync 3.0, Paper Garden, Multi-user mode, Kids Mode, WebEX, Remote PC, Hancom Office etc.
