Do you remember Gigaset? It was kicked off out by telecom giant Siemens in 2008 and Gigaset is already making traditional landline home phones. Now, Gigaset is all set to enter Android smartphones market as it has announced its three new Android phones Gigaset ME, Gigaset ME Pro and Gigaset ME Pure in Berlin.
All three phones announced by Gigaset are 4G LTE enabled smartphones and all will go on sale in Europe and China this autumn. ME Pro is the high end device with excellent specifications out of these three. All three runs on Android 5.1.1 OS out of the box.
ME pro comes with 5.5 inches 1080p display and is powered by a Snapdragon 810 processor and has 3GB of RAM. It comes with 32GB inbuilt storage. It features a 20 MP rear and 8 MP front camera, Rear camera features includes auto Focus and OIS image stabilization. It has a 4000mAh battery.
Gigaset ME comes with 5-inch 1080p display and is powered by same Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 processor with 3GB RAM and 32 GB inbuilt storage. It has a 16 MP rear and 8 MP front camera. It has relatively smaller battery of 3000mAh than Me Pro.
Gigaset ME pure 5-inch 1080p display with Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 processor and 2 GB of RAM with 16GB internal storage. It has 13 MP rear and 8 MP front camera and a 3320mAh battery.
Out of these three, The Gigaset ME is priced at $530 USD and is now available in the UK, Germany, France, Netherlands, Belgium, Spain, Italy, Poland and Turkey. Other two will be launched on a later date. Gigaset ME will be available for 469 euros and Gigaset ME pure will be priced at 349 euros.
