Sony launched two new smartphones Sony Xperia Z3 And Sony Xperia Z3 Compact and the new tablet Sony Xperia Z3 Tablet Compact yesterday in the IFA 2014 event in Berlin. However the pricing and availability details of both the smartphones were not reveled by the company.
The new successor of “Xperia Z” series, Sony Xperia Z3, comes with 5.2-inch full-HD TRILUMINOS display with 1920×1080 pixels resolution and X-Reality for mobile picture engine. It is powered by a 2.5GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 processor with other features such as 3 GB RAM, 16GB inbuilt and 128 GB expandable storage, 20.7 MP rear autofocus camera with 4K recording and 2.2 MP front camera, Android 4.4 KitKat, 3100mAh battery, 3G, 4G LTE etc connectivity options.
Sony also launched the new mini variant of the Xperia Z3 called Sony Xperia Z3 Compact. Sony Xperia Z3 Compact comes with 4.6-inch HD Triluminos display with X-Reality engine and 1280×720 pixels resolution. Other features includes a 2.5GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 Processor, Adreno 330 GPU, 2GB of RAM, Google Android 4.4, 16GB inbuilt storage and 128GB expandable storage, 20.7 rear autofocus and 2.2 MP front camera, 2600mAh battery, FM radio, 3G, 4G LTE etc.
The new Sony Xperia Z3 Tablet Compact comes with 8 inch Full HD TRILUMINOS display with Live Colour LED technology and X-Reality for mobile picture engine. Other features includes 2.5 GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 processor, 3 GB RAM, 16 GB internal and 128 GB expandable storage, 8.1 MP rear and 2.2 MP front facing camera, Google Android 4.4, 4500 mAh battery, 3G, 4G LTE and other connectivity options.
