Motorola Moto X (Gen 2) And Moto G (Gen 2) Launched, Moto G (Gen 2) Will Be Available For Rs. 12,999 In India

After so many rumors and predictions from experts, Motorola finally launched its 2nd generation smartphones Motorola Moto X (Gen 2) and Motorola Moto G (Gen 2) today in an event at New Delhi in India.

Motorola has announced that the Moto G (Gen 2) 16 GB variant will be available in India via flipkart for Rs. 12,499 from Friday onwards. However, Motorola haven’t revealed the pricing details of Moto X (Gen 2) but have confirmed that it will be available in India by the end of September.

Moto G (Gen 2) comes with 5-inch HD display with 1280×720 pixel resolution. It is powered by a 1.2GHz quad-core Snapdragon 400 processor and Adreno 305 GPU with 1 GB RAM. It runs on latest Android 4.4.4 Kitkat OS out of the box with 16GB and 8GB storage variants. Expandable storage will be revealed soon. Other specifications includes 8 MP rear and 2MP front camera, 2070mAh battery, 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth etc connectivity options.

Moto X (Gen 2) comes with 5.2 inch AMOLED display with 1920×1080 pixel resolution and Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection. It is powered by a 2.5GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 801  processor with 2 GB of RAM, 13 MP rear and 2MP front camera, 16GB/32GB inbuilt Storage and expandable storage slot, 2300mAh battery, 4G LTE, 3G etc connectivity options.

Motorola India haven’t revealed pricing of Moto X (Gen 2) but have revealed the pricing for US variant which will be available for $499.99 in US.
