Google has now launched a new 5.9 inch smartphone and an 8.9 inch tablet yesterday called Google Nexus 6 and Google Nexus 9 Tablet with its Android 5 Lollipop OS. Google also announced the launch of a streaming media player called Nexus Player with Android 5 Lollipop.
The Nexus 6 by Google is powered by Motorola with Motorola logo “M” at the back of the smartphone comes with a 5.9 inch display with 1440×2560 pixels resolution with a 2.7 GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 805 processor with 32GB or 64 GB storage options. It has 3GB of RAM.
It comes with 13 MP rear camera and 2 MP front camera. Nexus 6 comes with a Turbo Charger that can get up to six hours of use with only 15 minutes of charge. It has a large 3220mAh battery. Connectivity options available are Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth 4, NFC, Micro-USB, 3G etc.
A new tablet Nexus 9 is also launched by Google powered by HTC. It has a 8.9 inch IPS LCD display with 1536×2048 pixel resolution. It has a powerful 2.3GHz quad-core 64-bit Nvidia Tegra K1 processor with a 192-core Kepler GPU. It has 2GB of RAM.
It comes with 16GB or 32 GB storage. It has 8 MP rear flash camera with a 1.6 MP front camera. It comes with a biggest 6700 mAh battery.
Google Nexus 6 pre-orders will start on October 29th and for the Nexus 9 and Nexus Player on October 17th and all these devices will be available from early November.
