Motorola Droid Turbo have been launched today exclusively on Verizon. Motorola have confirmed that Motorola Droid Turbo will be available for sale from October 30 onwards via retailers and online. It is available in durable Ballistic Nylon build and a metalized Kevlar fibre build.
Motorola Droid Turbo 32GB is priced at $199.99 with two year activation or $25 per month on Verizon Edge and Motorola Droid Turbo 64GB is priced at $249.99 with two year activation or $27 per month on Verizon Edge.
The 32GB variant of Droid Turbo is available in Black Ballistic Nylon, Metallic Black and Metallic Red color variants and the 64 GB Droid Turbo is available in Black Ballistic Nylon color only.
Motorola Droid Turbo comes with top features that other same range smartphones doesn’t have and beats the other top flagship devices from various companies. It comes with 5.2 inch QHD display with 2560×1440 pixels resolution and Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection.
It is powered by a 2.7 GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 805 processor with an Adreno 420 GPU. It runs on Android 4.4.4 KitKat OS and comes with 3GB of RAM and 32 GB and 64 GB expandable storage variants.
Motorola Droid Turbo has a 21 MP rear auto focus camera with dual-LED flash, slow motion video, burst mode, auto HDR, Panorama and 4K videos recording features. Front camera of 2 MP is also available that is capable of taking HD selfies.
It features a 3900mAh battery that is quite a big one in an Android smartphone. This battery can deliver up to 48 hours of mixed usage and also supports Motorola’s Turbo Charger. Connectivity options includes 4G LTE with LTE Cat 4, 3G, 2G, Bluetooth, GPS etc.
