In the launch event last night, Apple launches new iPhones and iPads with new Apple TV. First, Apple announced its latest iPads called iPad Pro and iPad Mini 4 With Apple Pencil. Both iPads comes with Apple’s A9X chip processor.
iPad Pro was the main attraction from the two new iPads. Apple iPad Pro comes with large 12.9 inch LED-backlit widescreen Multi-Touch Fingerprint-resistant oleophobic coating fully laminated display having 2732 x 2048 pixels resolution. It is powered by an A9X chipset processor with 64‑bit architecture and M9 motion coprocessor. iPad pro features a 8MP iSight rear auto focus camera with features such as ƒ/2.2 aperture, 720p HD video recording, Backside illumination, Auto HDR photos and videos, Improved face detection, Burst mode, Exposure control, Timer mode etc. It also has a 1.2MP facetime HD front camera.
Apple iPad Pro will be available in November in Silver, Space Gray and Gold color variants. The pricing will be $799 for 32GB iPad pro and 128GB variant for $949. The 128GB storage variant costs $1079 with support of LTE connectivity, not available on other variants.
iPad Mini 4 has similar features like iPad pro but have 7.9 inches retina LED‑backlit Multi‑Touch display with A8 second-generation chipset processor with 64-bit architecture and M8 motion coprocessor. Apple Pencil was also announced by Apple that will cost $99 additional.
The new Apple TV is also released in the event which now comes with Apple App store and new Siri remote. Apple also announced new operating system for Apple TV called tvOS that comes with innovative ways to connect with your screen with a smart use of Siri to search for something to watch.
