Apple has started rolling the new iOS 8.2 Update for Apple devices worldwide. This update is a major update after the iOS 8.1.3 update, which was released in the last week of January. It is of 443MB in size and is available OTA.
iOS 8.2 Update includes support for Apple Watch including a Apple Watch companion app which not useful as Apple watches are not yet released by Apple. Apple Watch pre-orders will begin on April 10th and will start shipping on April 24th with cost anywhere from $349 to $10,000. Apple Watch is installed automatically on your device when you update to iOS 8.2 and is not removable.
Users have reported that this update still won’t fix any bugs that are present from a long time in iOS. This includes Wifi Bugs, Bluetooth bugs etc.
According to Apple, iOS 8.2 includes Apple watch support, Health app improvements, Stability enhancements and bug fixes. If you haven’t received the notification, just check by going to Settings>>General>>Software Update. You can also update via iTunes to iOS 8.2.
