The world’s fourth largest smartphone manufacturing company, Huawei, came up with a thunderous applause when it launched its latest flagship P8 in London. The phone has a thin bezel of 1.5 MM and a beautiful screen of 5.2 inches with a 1080p display. It has a all metal the body design which quite resembles iPhone 5S.
The phone is quite sleek and it’s just 6.4 MM thick and boasts of a curved edge design that according to the company is inspired from the bindings or hardcovers of traditional books.
Under the hood the phone is powered by 64-bit 2 GHz eight core Kirin 930 CPU and 3 GB of RAM. This phone is waterproof and has an inbuilt memory of 16 GB whereas the expensive model comes up with an option of 64 GB of inbuilt storage. And the company has also provided support for microSD slot to expand the phone memory. There’s another P8 variant that supports dual 4G Sim card slots.
The company claims to introduce a new signal plus technology that can connect with network roaming services three times faster than the average smart phone. The phone comes with a 13 megapixel rear camera which according to Huawei is carrying a world’s four colour RGBW sensor. According to the company the new sensor can enhance the brightness by 32% and it can even reduce the contrast in lowlight situations by 78%. The company has launched the phone for £ 359 in UK.
