The rumours which have persisted since past few days in the market about the early launch of Galaxy Note 5 seemingly will end up true. Previously, it was being said that launch date is going to be 12 August but the latest news information suggests that this event is now scheduled for 13 August in New York. This news seems to be reliable if we judge them on the basis of the streams of info and renders.
Apple’s iPhone 6s/6s pair is due to be launched during mid- September and its being said that the reason behind the haste in the launch of the new android phone is to get a head start over Apple.
It was a routine practice by Samsung to announce its next gen –Note at IFA in Berlin but this time Samsung is going to ditch this practice and will make an early release.
Also, in news there is something to hear about a key feature of Samsung Galaxy Note 5 and Galaxy S6 Edge Plus, which was till date a mystery. Found on the website of US carrier Sprint by the user agent profiles, the new Galaxy
Note 5 is going to have expandable storage through a microSD card slot, which is going to support microSDXC cards upto 128 GB.
This news is going to hopefully quiet down the criticism that Samsung has been going through since the two most revered features were striped of from Samsung S6/S6 Edge, which were present in their predecessors and those two features were: removable battery and expandable storage.
The removable battery has now become a matter of past as Galaxy Note 5 is going to have 4100 mAh battery which is non removable but yes at the same time extra slot to storage is definitely going to be a tick on the specsheet of Note 5.
Other features, Note 5 is going to have are:
13 MP rear camera and 5 MP front shooting camera.
RAM : it is going to have 4 GB RAM, unlike Galaxy S6/S6 Edge which have 3 GB RAM.
Some more interesting specs are awaited as the date of launch August 13 comes closer.
