Asus Zenfone 2 Laser and Asus Zenfone 2 Deluxe both goes official

Right in the middle of a fairly quiet week, Asus has introduced its new Zenfones. This new Zenfone 2 Deluxe is an upgraded version of Zenfone 2 which has been launched earlier this year.

The Zenfone 2 Laser is the version of the 5 inch model but it has a better camera performance.

The details about the upcoming handset are:

Asus Zenfone 2 Deluxe:
It has same dimensions as that of a model launched in March but still it maintains the curiosity of the market for its “premium crafted polygonal design”.

This phone features around 500+ triangles joined together which looks like a “crystal miracle”.

It is a dual sim handset having a display of 5.5 inch and 1080 p resolution. This handset has gorilla glass 3 on the top.

Asus Zenfone 2 Deluxe has been powered with Intel Atom Chipsets: Z3560 and Z3580. RAM: This handset features 4 GB RAM unlike the older handset which featured Z3560 paired with 3GB RAM.

Another major improvement which has been made is that the internal storage is now 64 GB and it is available upto 128 GB variants. An extra memory card slot has been provided for expanding memory further upto 128 GB.

This phone runs Android 5.0 Lollipop same as that of its predecessor.

Camera is also the same as earlier phone had, 13 MP rear camera while the front shooter is 5 MP camera.

The video capturing resolution has still not been listed by the company but it is being suspected to be around 1080 p.

This upcoming handset has been packed with 3000 mAh battery.

Asus Zenfone 2 Laser:

This new upcoming handset is of more compact types when compared to its own siblings. This smartphone features 5 inch display 720 p resolution.

The camera is of 13 MP and can be extended upto 52 MP with a Super Resolution mode.

There is a Laser autofocus in this phone as suggested by the name.

The main camera has 5 lenses and has an aperture of f/2.0. the front shooter is 5 MP which has a wide angle of 85⁰ lens and has an aperture of f/2.0

The focus gets locked in 0.3 seconds due to a laser auto focus system. This works even for the macros.

This handset has been powered by qualcomm Snapdragon 410 and has 2 GB RAM. It is available in 2 variants 8 GB and 16 GB both having an extra slot for microSD card for expandable memory. It may be packed with a 2070 or 2400 mAh battery.
