Micromax’s YU started teasing a new smartphone last week via their Twitter and Facebook profiles. Now, an Indian import/export website Zauba has confirmed that Micromax may be working on Yu5050 smartphone. Zauba listing shows that YU5050 handsets have been imported to India from China.
The Zauba listing confirms that YU5050 comes with a 5.2-inch display with 1080 x 1920 pixels resolution. The Geekbench listing shows that this phone will be powered by a Snapdragon 810 1.5GHz octa-core CPU with the Adreno 430 GPU. It has 4GB of RAM and runs on Cyanogen 12.1. This phone has fast charging and 4G LTE connectivity features.
This phone price is showing as Rs. 20,752 on Zauba listing and we can see it launching exclusively on Snapdeal on Tuesday. Another Geekbench listing shows that Micromax will also launch Yu4711 budgeted phone in upcoming days.
YU4711 comes with Snapdragon 410 processor with a quad-core 1.21GHz CPU and the Adreno 306 GPU. It will have 1 GB of RAM. It has Cyanogen 12.1 installed and supports 4G LTE and quick charge features.
