JulieApple, in last night event, first launched two new iPads called the Apple iPad Pro and Apple iPad mini 4. Apple iPad Pro comes with Apple’s new A9x chipset processor and both will have iOS 9 pre-installed.
Apple iPad Pro comes with 12.9 inch LED-backlit widescreen Multi-Touch display having 2732 x 2048 pixels resolution with Fingerprint-resistant oleophobic coating fully laminated display. It comes with A9X chip with 64‑bit architecture and M9 motion coprocessor.
It features an 8MP iSight rear auto focus camera with a 1.2MP facetime HD front camera. Other camera features includes ƒ/2.2 aperture, 720p HD video recording, Backside illumination, Auto HDR photos and videos, Improved face detection, Burst mode, Exposure control, Timer mode etc.
Apple iPad Pro will be available in November in Silver, Space Gray and Gold color varaints with storage options such as 32GB for $799 and 128GB for $949. There is a LTE model also with 128GB storage costs $1079. It has Bluetooth, Wi-Fi and optional LTE Cat.4 support available with a Touch ID sensor.
Apple iPad mini 4 also launched by Apple that will be available in November for starting price of $399. It comes with 7.9 inches retina LED‑backlit Multi‑Touch display with A8 second-generation chip with 64-bit architecture and M8 motion coprocessor. Other features are same as iPad Pro.
Apple has also launched the stylus for iPads called Apple Pencil that will cost $99 additional, it is same as Samsung Note stylus pen. Apple also launched smart keyboard for the new iPads.
