In the Dual Flasgship event of HTC, HTC unveils two new flagships called the Butterfly 3 and the new HTC One M9+ Aurora Edition. HTC One M9+ Aurora Edition is the rebranded variant of HTC One M9+ that comes with improved camera setup.
HTC One M9+ Aurora Edition comes with a 5.2-inch QHD display with a 2560×1440 pixels resolution and is powered by a 64-bit MediaTek 2.2 GHz octa-core Helio X10 chipset processor with 3GB RAM. It has 32GB of internal storage with up to 2 TB expandable MicroSD storage slot.
It features a 21 MP rear camera with features such as optical image stabilization, phase-detection autofocus and laser AF to boot. It also has a 4 MP UltraPixel selfie shooter at front. It comes with Android 5 OS with HTC Sense on top.
The new HTC One M9+ Aurora Edition also comes with front-facing BoomSound stereo speakers and the fingerprint scanner inside the home button. It has connectivity features such as Bluetooth 4.1, NFC, Wi-Fi, micro USB 2.0, 4G LTE, 3G, 2G, GPS etc.
HTC One M9+ Aurora Edition will be available from October 15 in Taiwan for $630.
