Oppo launched Oppo R7s last week and now Oppo has launched a new smartphone called the Oppo Neo 7 and is also listed on official Oppo website with full specifications. There is no information about its price which is expected to be around $200, however, no availability details are available for this phone.
Oppo Neo 7 comes with a 5-inch TFT qHD display with 960 by 540 pixels resolution and is powered by a 1.2 GHz Quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 (MSM8916) processor with Adreno 306 GPU and 1 GB of RAM. It runs on ColorOS 2.1 based on Android 5.1 OS. It comes with 16GB inbuilt storage with expandable storage support via microSD card up to 128GB.
It features an 8-megapixel rear flash camera with a 5-megapixel front-facing camera that comes with Beautify 3.0 feature for excellent selfies. It supports dual SIM and comes with a 2420mAh non-removable battery. it will be available in Black and White colours variants and measures 142.7×71.7×7.55mm and weighs 141 grams. Conenctivity options available are 4G, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, Micro-USB, 3G, and GPS. The official announcement is not made yet by the company which we can expect soon.
The rear camera of the phone comes with some unique features like Colorful Night Mode, in which the phone uses smart multi-frame optimization and synthesis algorithm to effectively remove noise and improve brightness and clarity of the images. Another feature is Double Exposure, where the use can take two separate photos and overlap them into one final image resulting in a unique and fun photographic effect.
