ZTE launched the Nubia Z9, Z9 Mini and Z9 Max last year and out of which the flagship device Nubia Z9 was the premium smartphone that was having a full metal body. A new series of snapshots of the flagship ZTE Nubia series smartphone called the ZTE Nubia Z11 and the new Nubia X8 has just surfaced on the Chinese website Weibo. The Nubia Z11 images shows us the front panel view of the device. The device was showcased in the CES 2016 event showing its bezel-less design just like the Nubia Z9.
In addition, the ZTE’s sub division, has announced that it will hold another event on January 18, 2016 in Shenzhen, China where the Chinese smartphone manufacturer is expected to launch the flagship Nubia Z11 smartphone along with the Nubia X8 smartphone in the Nubia X series. Both the devices comes with excellent features and specifications that we will discuss next in this article.
ZTE Nubia Z11 is rumored to feature the same 5.2-inch display we saw in the Nubia Z9. It will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 SoC paired with the Adreno 530 GPU while the Nubia Z9 was launched with Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 SoC. The Nubia Z11 is expected to have 4GB of RAM. It will feature a 21-megapixel rear camera and it will have Andriod 6.0 Marshmallow pre-installed with Nubia UI on top. No more details are available currently about this phone.
ZTE Nubia X8 phablet, on the other hand, is rumored to have a 6.44-inch display and is expected to be powered by a Snapdragon 820 chipset and will have a large 4500mAh battery. The leaked images of the device shows a fingerprint reader on the rear side as well. No more details are available currently about this device.
So we now have to wait for the ZTE’s January 18 event where we may see the launch of both Nubia Z11 and the Nubia X8 smartphones. Stay tuned for more news and updates.
