Lenovo has now launched the successor of the Lenovo K4 Note in China called the Lenovo K5 Note. The device has recently got the TENAA certification in China revealing its specifications and images. The K5 Note is currently listed on the Lenovo China official website. The device is priced at RMB 1,099 (around $167) and will be available in a series of flash sales with first flash sale to held this week. It will be available in gold and silver color options.
The Lenovo K5 Note comes with a 5.5-inch IPS display with 1920 x 1080 pixels resolution and is powered by a 1.8 GHz Octa-core MediaTek Helip P10 processor with 550MHz Mali T860 GPU and 2GB of RAM. It comes with 16GB internal storage that is further expandable up to 128GB with microSD card. It supports Dual SIM and runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop OS out of the box.
Lenovo K5 Note features a 13-megapixel rear camera with dual-tone LED flash, PDAF and f/2.2 aperture. It also comes with a 8-megapixel front-facing camera with a 77.4-degree wide-angle lens. It comes with a Fingerprint sensor available on its back. It comes with a 3500mAh battery and comes with 4G LTE, 3G HSPA+, dual-band WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth 4.0 and GPS connectivity options. It measures 152×75.7×8.49 mm.
The K5 note also features Dolby Atmos, powerful 1.5w speakers, dedicated audio chip and 4G connectivity with VoLTE. The device comes good top end features with affordable price tag and i must say that this device will compete with the Honor 5X that comes with similar features and price tag.
