A new smartphone from LG has just made its appearance on the GFXBench database revealing the specs of the device. The device comes with model number LG H840 and is expected to be called as the lite variant of the LG G5 flagship called the LG G5 Lite. LG is already teasing the launch of the flagship device LG G5 on its social media accounts which will be launched at the company’s MWC 2016 event on February 21st. So we can expect the launch of LG G5 Lite along with the flagship LG G5 in this event.
The GFXBench listing for the LG H840 confirms that this device will have 5.3-inch display with 2560 x 1440 pixel resolution and will be powered by the octa-core 1.8GHz Snapdragon 652 processor along with Qualcomm Adreno 510 GPU and 3GB of RAM. It has 32GB of internal storage and will also have a microSD expandable storage slot. It runs on Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow out of the box.
It features an 8-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and 8-megapixel front facing camera as well. The rear camera is capable of 4K video recording as per the GFXBench listing. The device also comes with Bluetooth, GPS, WiFi, NFC connectivity options and a Micro USB port as well. The device also comes with accelerometer, barometer, light and gyroscope sensors. There are no other details available in the GFXBench listing.
