Vivo X6S and X6S Plus launched with 4GB RAM, Snapdragon 652 and metal body

Vivo has finally announced the new flagship devices Vivo X6S and X6S Plus in China and are listed on official Vivo China website full details. The Vivo X6S and X6S Plus got the TENAA certification in the past months hinting towards the imminent launch of both and today they announced both he devices. The vivo X6S and X6S Plus comes in Champagne Gold and Rose Gold color options. The Vivo X6S is priced at 2598 yuan (around $402) and the Vivo X6S Plus is priced at 2998 yuan ($464) and both are available for sale in China via official vivo store.

Vivo X6S comes with a 5.2-inch Full HD Super AMOLED display with 2.5D curved glass and 1080 x 1920 pixels resolution and is powered by a 1.8GHz Octa Core Snapdragon 652 processor with Adreno 510 GPU and 4GB of RAM. It comes with 64GB internal storage capacity with no expandable storage capacity slot and supports Dual SIM. It runs on the Funtouch OS based on Android 5.1 Lollipop OS out of the box.

It features a 13-megapixel rear camera with LED Flash, f/2.2 aperture and PDAF with an 8-megapixel front-facing camera. It has a 2400mAh battery with fast charging feature and connectivity options includes 4G LTE, 3G, WiFi 802.11a/b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth 4.2 and GPS. It measures 147.90×73.75×6.56mm and weights 140.5 grams. It also has a Fingerprint sensor placed on the rear side.

The Vivo X6S Plus comes with slightly upgraded features from the Vivo X6S. It has a 5.7-inch Full HD Super AMOLED display with 2.5D curved glass an 1080 x 1920 pixels resolution. It is powered by the same 1.8GHz Octa Core Snapdragon 652 processor with Adreno 510 GPU and 4GB of RAM. It comes with 64GB inbuilt storage capacity with no expandable storage capacity slot and runs on the Android 5.1 Lollipop based Funtouch OS with Dual SIM support as well.

It features a 16-megapixel rear camera with LED Flash, f/2.0 aperture and PDAF with an 8-megapixel front-facing camera too. It has a large 3000mAh battery with fast charging feature and comes with fingerprint scanner on rear side. Connectivity options includes 4G LTE, 3G, WiFi 802.11a/b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth 4.2 and GPS. It measures 158.40 × 80.10 × 6.85mm and weights 172 grams.
