A new tablet from Samsung is on its way as the tablet has just appeared on the GFXBench database with most of its specs listed. The tablet is also listed on the Geekbench browser with some of the specifications. The company can now launch this tablet soon or may be we will see its TENAA listing first in the upcoming days. This tablet has mid-range specifications so we can expect the price range around $200-$300of this tablet. Let’s checkout the specifications of this tablet that GFXBench have revealed.
The GFXBench listing for the Samsung SM-T536 comes with a large 10.1-inch display with 1280 x 800 pixel resolution and is powered by the octa-core 1.5GHz processor which will be the Samsung’s Exynos 7 Octa 7870 processor with Mali-T830 GPU according to the GeekBench listing. It comes with 2GB of RAM and 32GB of inbuilt storage capacity. It runs on the latest Android 6.0.1 marshmallow OS out of the box.
It features a 5-megapixel rear camera LED Flash and face detection auto focus features. It also comes with a 2-megapixel front facing camera. It comes with connectivity options like Bluetooth, WiFi, GPS etc features. No other details are available in both the Geekbench test and in the GFXBench test.
Samsung has launched a number of new devices in the past two months that includes Galaxy J5 (2016) and Galaxy J7 (2016), Samsung Galaxy A9 Pro, Samsung Galaxy J3 (2016) in India and AT&T will launch it in US on May 6. The company is currently working on rolling the Marshmallow updates to its variety of device in the Galaxy series that has flagship devices the most.
