ZTE was teasing the new device launch in its April 19th event and they have launched the ZTE Nubia Z11 Mini smartphone today in its official event. The ZTE Nubia Z11 Mini comes with good top-end specs and a fingerprint scanner on its back. The ZTE Nubia Z11 Mini is priced at 1499 Yuan (around $231) in China and is now available for pre-order on official Nubia website. The device will go on sale starting April 25th in the home country. Color options includes Silver, Black and Gold with optional back covers.
The ZTE Nubia Z11 Mini comes with a 5-inch LTPS display with 2.5D arc Gorilla Glass 3 protection, 95% NTSC color gamut and 1920 x 1080 pixels resolution and is powered by the octa-core 64-bit Qualcomm Snapdragon 617 (4×1.5GHz Cortex A53+ 4×1.2GHz Cortex A53) processor with Adreno 405 GPU. It has 3GB of RAM and 64GB internal storage and expandable storage up to 200GB with microSD card slot. It supports Dual SIM and runs on the Android 5.1 Lollipop OS with nubia UI 3.9.6 on top.
It features a 16-megapixel rear camera with LED Flash, Sony IMX298 sensor, f/2.0 aperture, 6P lens and PDAF features. It also comes with a 8-megapixel front-facing camera with features such as 1.4um, f/2.4 aperture and 80-degree wide-angle lens. It has a 2800mAh battery with fast charging feature. Connectivity options includes 4G LTE, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n/ac (2.4GHz and 5GHz), Bluetooth 4.1,GPS and USB Type-C. It measures 141.4x70x8 mm and weights 138 grams.
The Nubia Z11 Mini got the TENAA approval in March with the name Nubia NX529J. It was listed with a 5-inch TFT display with 1920 × 1080 pixel resolution, a 1.2 / 1.5GHz octa-core processor, Android 5.1.1 Lollipop OS, 3GB of RAM, 64GB inbuilt storage, 32GB expandable storage, an 8-megapixel or 16-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and an 8-megapixel front facing camera, Black and white color options, measures 141.9 × 70.4 × 8 mm and weights 138 grams, 4G LTE, 3G, 2G, Bluetooth, USB, GPS and other standard connectivity options.
