Motorola today announced two flagship devices in the Moto G lineup called as the Moto G4 and Moto G4 Plus. The company also announced a third smartphone with mid-range specs known as the Motorola Moto G4 Play. The company haven’t revealed any pricing details of this device but have confirmed that it will be available globally starting later this summer.
Motorola Moto G4 Play comes with a 5-inch HD display with 1280 x 720 pixels resolution and is powered by the 1.4 GHz quad-core 64-bit Snapdragon 410 (MSM8916) processor with Adreno 306 GPU. It comes with 2GB of RAM and 16GB internal storage with expandable storage up to 128GB with microSD card. It supports Dual SIM and runs on the Android 6.0.1 (Marshmallow) OS out of the box.
It features an 8-megapixel rear camera with LED flash, f/2.2 aperture and 1080p video recording and also features a 5-megapixel front-facing camera with f/2.2 aperture. It is backed up by the 2800mAh battery with quick charge feature and connectivity options includes 4G LTE, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.1 LE, GPS, 3.5mm audio jack and FM Radio support. It measures 144.4x72x8.95-9.9 mm and weights 137 grams.
