ASUS Zenfone Pegasus 3 launched with 3GB RAM and 4100mAh battery

After getting the approval from TENAA yesterday, leaking the full specifications and images of the device, the company has finally announced the ASUS Zenfone Pegasus 3 which is successor to the ASUS Pegasus 2 launched last year. The ASUS Zenfone Pegasus 3 is priced at 1299 yuan (around $197) for 2GB RAM + 16GB inbuilt storage variant and the 3GB RAM + 32GB storage variant is priced at 1499 yuan (around $227). The device is now listed on official Asus Store in China and is up for pre-orders.

The ASUS Zenfone Pegasus 3 comes with a full metal design and is available in gold, rose gold, silver and gray color options. It comes with a 5.2-inch HD 2.5D curved glass display with 1280 x 720 pixels resolution and is powered by a 1.3 GHz quad-core 64-bit MediaTek MT6737 processor with ARM Mali-T720 MP2 GPU. It has two variants, one with 2GB RAM + 16GB inbuilt storage and the second one with 3GB RAM + 32GB inbuilt storage capacity with microSD expandable storage capacity.

It runs on the Android 6.0 (Marshmallow) OS out of the box and supports Dual SIM. It features a 13-megapixel rear camera with LED flash,5P lens and f/2.2 aperture with a 5-megapixel front-facing camera with f/2.0 aperture. It is backed up by a 4100mAh battery and connectivity options includes 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0 and GPS. A fingerprint scanner is place on the rear side as well. It measures 149.5 x 73.7 x 8.55 mm.

It is powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core processor and has two variants, one with 2GB RAM + 16GB inbuilt storage capacity and the other with 3GB of RAM + 32GB inbuilt storage capacity. The device also supports expandable MicroSD card support up to 32GB.

It runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS out of the box and is also expected to support Dual SIM. It features a 13-megapixel rear LED flash camera with a 5-megapixel front facing camera. It is powered by a large 4000mAh battery and connectivity options includes 4G LTE, 3G, 2G, USB, Bluetooth, GPS and other options. It measures 149.5 × 73.7 × 8.55 mm and weights 158.4 grams. Color options includes Ice cast silver, gray rock, rose gold and luxurious gold.
