Motorola launched the Moto G4 Plus in India via Amazon India last month but the company hasn’t announced the Moto G4 in that event. Now, the Lenovo owned company is all set to launch its new Moto G4 smartphone on June 22 in India and it will be again available exclusively on Amazon India. The pricing details of the device were kept private by the company and more details will be available on tomorrow or on 22nd June.
Motorola announced this news on their Facebook and Twitter accounts. The device will be available for sale starting 23rd June on Amazon India as per the new post on Facebook from Motorola. The device is currently listed on Amazon India without any pricing details but with the specifications and the images of the device. The Moto G4 comes with a number of differences if we compare it with the Moto G4 Plus. It has no fingerprint scanner available and it will be available in 2GB RAM + 16GB inbuilt storage variant. The rear camera is down to 13-megapixel from 16-megapixel with no laser autofocus feature.
The Moto G4 comes with a 5.5-inch Full HD display with Corning Gorilla glass 3 protection and 1920 x 1080 pixels resolution and is powered by the Octa-Core Snapdragon 617 (4 x 1.5GHz + 4 x 1.2GHz) processor with Adreno 405 GPU. It comes with 2GB of RAM and 16GB internal storage with expandable storage up to 128GB with microSD card. It supports Dual SIM and runs on the Android 6.0.1 (Marshmallow) OS out of the box.
It features a 13-megapixel rear camera with dual-tone LED flash, f/2.2 aperture and 1080p video recording with a 5-megapixel front-facing camera with OmniVision OV5693 sensor and 84-degree wide-angle lens. It is backed up by a 3000mAh battery with turbo charging feature and connectivity options includes 4G LTE with VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.1, GPS, 3.5mm audio jack and FM Radio support.
