Huawei Honor V8 Max passes TENAA with 6.6-inch display, 3GB RAM and 4,400mAh battery

The Huawei Honor V8 was launched back in May this year with 5.7-inch display and 3500 mAh battery and other good high-end specifications and the company is currently working on a new device with a bigger display than that of the Honor V8 and is as Honor V8 Max. The Honor V8 Max has has just got the TENAA approval leaking all of its specifications and images. The Honor V8 Max comes with a single camera on the rear side while the Honor V8 was having dual rear cameras. let’s check out all the specifications of this device.

The Honor V8 Max comes with model number Honor EDI-DL00 and the listing on TENAA reveals that it will have a 6.6-inch OLED qHD display with 2560 × 1440 pixels resolution and will be powered by an octa-core 2.3GHz Kirin 950 processor with Mali T880 GPU. It has 3GB of RAM which 1GB lesser than Honor V8 and comes with 32GB inbuilt storage with up to 128GB expandable MicroSD card storage. It runs on the Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS based Huawei EMUI 4.1 out of the box and is also expected to support Dual SIM capability.

It features a single 13-megapixel rear LED flash camera with an 8-megapixel front facing camera. It also comes with a fingerprint scanner on the rear side. A large 4400 mAh battery is backing up the device which is good for a qHD resolution display. Connectivity options includes 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth 4.2, NFC, GPS/ A-GPS, USB Type-C port, 3.5mm headphone jack, and an Infrared emitter. It measures 178.8 × 90.9 × 7.18 mm and weights 219 grams. Color options includes Gold and silver.
