No doubt, Facebook is no.1 social engine. Facebook was founded in February 2004 by Mark Zuckerberg with his college roommates and fellow Harvard University students. Twitter receives approx 50 million visitors monthly according to an estimate. It is the choice of many people around the world becaus of its unique features like tweet, retweets, social sharing etc.

VK.com has its original name VKontakte. It is the second biggest social network service in Europe after Facebook. It was launched in 2006 by Pavel Durov. It receives around 1 million visits monthly.
