ZTE has finally got the TENAA approval for its upcoming smartphone and the successor to the ZTE Blade V7 known as ZTE Blade V8 that was already spotted listed at ZTE official website with all specifications and other details. The company will showcase the ZTE Blade V8 smartphone in the CES 2017 event that is scheduled for 4th January. The Blade V8 smartphone will feature a dual-rear camera and a fingerprint scanner on the physical home button on front panel. The device has now also got the TENAA approval in China revealing the specifications and images of the device. Let’s check them out.
The ZTE Blade V8 is listed at TENAA with model number ZTE BV0800 and comes with a 5.2-inch TFT full-HD display with 1080 × 1920 pixel resolution and is powered by a 1.4 GHz octa-core processor that is confirmed by ZTE to be the octa-core Snapdragon 435 (MSM8940) processor that also comes with Adreno 505 GPU. It comes with multiple RAM options with 2GB, 3GB and 4GB RAM and 16GB, 32GB and 64GB inbuilt storage capacity options as well. If that storage options are not enough for you, you can also expand the storage of the device up to 128GB with the help of MicroSD card.
It runs on the Android 7.0 Nougat OS out of the box and comes with Dual-SIM option as well. It features a dual-rear camera with a 13-megapixel sensor having soft flash and a 2-megapixel sensor. It also comes with a 13-megapixel front facing camera for selfies. It is backed up by a 2730mAh battery and comes with 4G LTE with VoLTE support, 3G, WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS and other connectivity options. It measures 148.4 × 71.5 × 7.7 mm and weights 141 grams. It comes with Gray, silver, rose gold and gold color options. A fingerprint scanner is available on the front physical home button.
The ZTE Blade V8 is going to be showcased at CES 2017 event by the company and the company has already confirmed the official specifications like it will be having a 5.2-inch full-HD 2.5D glass display which features a subtle curve around its edges and comes with 1920×1080 pixel resolution and a high screen-to-body ratio. It will be powered by an octa-core Snapdragon 435 (MSM8940) processor that also comes with Adreno 505 GPU and it will have 3GB of RAM.
ZTE Blade V8 will have 32GB of inbuilt storage capacity and it will run on the Android 7.0 Nougat based ZTE’s own MiFavor 4.0 UI on top. It will feature a dual-rear camera setup with a 13-megapixel sensor hving soft flash and a 2-megapixel camera for picking up depth information. It will be only 7.7 mm thick and will also feature a fingerprint scanner on the front of the device on the home button. The fingerprint scanner comes with support for NFC and comes with 360-degree fingerprint reading support that helps unlocking the device in just 0.3 seconds.
