Recently, Lenovo started teasing the Lenovo P2 smartphone for the Indian market and today, the company announced that its new smartphone Lenovo P2 will be available starting January 11 in the Indian market that comes with good mid-range specifications and a large battery at an affordable price. The Lenovo P2 was launched at IFA 2016 event last year with a metal body. Lenovo’s India team today announced via a Facebook post that this new Lenovo P series device will be available next week in the country. The pricing details for the device will be announced at the time of its launch.
The lenovo P2 comes with Champagne gold and Graphite gray color options and its comes with a 5.5-inch Full HD AMOLED display with 1920 x 1080 pixels resolution and will be powered by a 2GHz Octa-Core Snapdragon 625 processor with Adreno 506 GPU. it comes with 3GB/4GB RAM and 32GB / 64GB internal storage capacity with microSD expandable storage capacity slot. It runs on the Android 6.0.1 (Marshmallow) and supports Dual-SIMs.
The Lenovo P2 features a 13-megapixel rear camera with dual-tone LED flash and a 5-megapixel front-facing camera. This device is backed up by a 5100mAh battery with fast charging enabled and comes with 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0 LE, NFC connectivity options. A fingerprint sensor is available on the front panel on the physical home button of the device.
The Lenovo P2 was announced at IFA 2016 along with the Lenovo Vibe A Plus that comes with a 4.5-inch FWVGA display with 480 x 854 pixels resolution and is powered by a 1.3GHz MediaTek MT6580 processor with 1GB of RAM and 8GB in-built storage capacity expandable up to 32GB via microSD card. It runs on the Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS out of the box and supports dual-SIMs. It features a 5-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and a 2-megapixel front camera. A 2000mAh battery backup this device and its supports 4G with VoLTE, 3G, Bluetooth, WiFi, GPS and other connectivity options.
