Moto Z (2017) spotted at Geekbench with Snapdragon 835 and 4GB of RAM

Motorola is currently the successful company to sell millions of mid-range smartphones in the Asian countries with its device like the Moto G series and Moto E series of device. The company’s flagship series with the last year’s Moto X series and the Moto Z series also got a positive response from the buyers around the world. The company is rumored to launch the Moto G series flagships Moto G5 and G5 Plus soon as the devices were spotted in the rumors and in some leaked images. The company has already announced its official event for the MWC 2017 event next month where the company is expected to launch new devices including the Moto G and Moto Z successors.

The company’s next flagship device in the Moto Z series is now also spotted listed at a benchmark website leaking some of its key features. The device is listed with the model number XT1650 which is currently the model number of the Motorola Moto Z but the Geekbench listing comes with different upgraded specifications from the original Moto Z. The Moto Z 2017 is listed at Geekbench with a 1.90 GHz octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 SoC (msm8998) and the listing further reveals that this device will have 4GB of RAM.

The Geekbench listing lists the device with Android 7.1.1 Nougat OS out of the box with the device scoring 1930 points in the single core test and 6207 points in the multi core test. No other details about the device are currently available in the Geekbench listing. As no official confirmation is made about the specifications of the device above, so take this details with a pinch of salt and wait for the company to unveil the new devices at the MWC event next month.

The Moto G5 was already spotted in leaked images as a user listed the device for sale via OLX Romania listing. The seller also revealed that this new Moto G5 smartphone comes with mnodel number XT1685 and features a 5.5-inch FHD display with 1920×1080 pixel resolution. The device is powered by an octa-core Snapdragon 625 processor with Adreno 506 GPU. It comes with 4GB of RAM and 32GB of inbuilt storage capacity with expandable MicroSD card storage. It features a 13-megapixel rear camera and a 5-megapixel front facing camera. It is backed up by a 3080mAh battery and it comes with a fingerprint sensor on the physical home button on the front panel. It runs on the Android 7.0 Nougat OS out of the box.
