Lava has officially launched is new smartphone Lava Iris 406Q for Rs. 7,499 today. This new smartphone was found listed on Lava’s website on Wednesday. It was listed on an eCommerce site for per-orders at Rs. 6,999. It is expected this smartphone will be available for sale from next week.
Lava Iris 406Q comes with 4-inch IPS WVGA Display with 480×800 pixels and features like multi-touch, twisted nematic display. It is powered by a 1.2 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon Quad Core processor.
It runs on Android 4.3 Jelly BeanOS which can be further upgraded to Android 4.4 KitKat. It comes with Adreno 302 graphics as well.
Lava Iris 406Q comes with 1 GB RAM and 4 GB internal storage capacity with upto 32 GB expandable storage via microSD card. It also has a 5 MP rear camera with LED flash and fixed focus and a 0.3 MP front facing camera is also available.
A Li-Ion 1700 mAh battery powers this device. Connectivity options available are GPRS, EDGE, 3G, Wifi, USB, Bluetooth, A-GPS etc. It comes with 1 year manufacturer warranty for Phone and 6 months warranty for in the box accessories.
