David SmithSamsung has now launched the Mini version of Samsung Galaxy S5 with the name Samsung Galaxy S5 mini comes with similar features like its flagship variant has. However, Samsung has not revealed the price information of this new smartphone.
It will be available in Russian markets from 1st week of July and then will be globally available in upcoming weeks. As named as “Mini”, it has a 4.5 inch display than 5.1 inch display of Galaxy S5. Other features are identical.
It comes with 4.5 inch HD Super AMOLED display and is powered by 1.4GHz quad-core processor. It has 1.5GB RAM and 16GB inbuilt storage capacity which is further expandable up to 64GB with the help of SD card.
The best part is that it will run on the latest Android 4.4 KitKat OS. It will have 8 MP rear camera and a 2.1 MP front camera with LED flash and auto focus features.
Samsung Galaxy S5 mini has 2100mAh battery which looks very weak comparing with devices like Xperia z1 compact which has 2300mAh battery and much better features than this S5 mini variant of Samsung. Connectivity features includes Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth, 3G, USB etc.
The price information is not revealed by Samsung but it can be priced nearly at Rs. 20,000-25,000. It will be available Shimmery White, Electric Blue, Copper Gold and Charcoal Black colours.
