Motorola have started rolling the Android 5.0 Lollipop update to its two more devices Moto Maxx and Moto E. Motorola posted this news on their official Blogspot blog post yesterday.
According to the post, Android 5.0, Lollipop is now rolling out for Moto Maxx in Brazil and Mexico and for Moto E in Brazil and India with soak testing of this OS. Motorola have said that they will start testing this update on some smartphones first and if the results returned as strong, they will expand the roll out to more phones.
The users can install Motorola Update Services Android app to prepare for the upgrade.
“Lollipop will first come to Moto Maxx and Moto E smartphones bought at retail. As we normally do, we’re starting by rolling out the upgrade to smaller test groups, and if the results are strong, we will expand the software to more phones.” David Schuster added.
