Xiaomi has launched the new MI 4C smartphone in China today. It has been priced at ¥1,299 ($204) for 2GB RAM and 16GB internal storage variant and ¥1,499 ($235) for 3GB RAM and 32GB internal storage variant. It will be available starting September 23 on Mi.com.
Recently, we saw MI 4C box and images leaked that revealed three color variants and now its confirmed that MI 4C will be available in White, Black, Blue, Pink and Orange color variants.
MI 4C comes with a 5-inch 1080p ultra-thin and narrow bezel display and is powered by a 1.8 GHz 6-core 64-bit Qualcomm Snapdragon 808 processor and Adreno 418 graphics processor.
It runs on MIUI 6 OS which is upgradeable to MIUI 7. Its available in 2GB/3GB RAM and 16GB/32GB storage options. It features a 13 MP rear camera with phase detection and autofocus (PDAF) with a 5MP front shooter. It has a 3080mAh battery and supports Quick Charge 2.0 and a USB Type-C port.
Connectivity options includes 4G, Dual SIM, Bluetooth etc. It comes with a new Edge Tap feature where the users can take a selfie or go back by tapping the edge(s). Users can now double tap to wake screen and Infrared remote control is added where you can control your home appliances at ease and check the programming list on your Mi 4c and tell him what you want to watch.
