Samsung launched the Galaxy J3 2016 variant last month in India and in some other regions as well. The US carrier, Verizon has now launched a new variant of the Samsung Galaxy J3 2016 with the name Samsung Galaxy J3 V that comes with same features as the Galaxy J3 2016 and differs only with the storage capacity. The Samsung Galaxy J3 2016 was having 8GB of inbuilt storage, while the Samsung Galaxy J3 V comes with 16GB of inbuilt storage.
Samsung Galaxy J3 V is available Verizon exclusive in United States and is priced at $7 per month for 24 months or the interested customers can buy it at $168 retail price without any contract. The buyers can buy it from the Verizon store online but if you are looking to buy it from offline Verizon stores then you have to wait more as the Verizon stores will sell it starting June 23 only. The Samsung Galaxy J3 V comes with a 5-inch HD Super AMOLED display with 720×1280 pixels resolution and is powered by a 1.2GHz quad-core Snapdragon 410 processor. It has 1.5GB of RAM and 16 GB inbuilt storage capacity that is further expandable up to 128 GB via microSD card slot. It runs on the Android 6.0.1 (Marshmallow) OS out of the box.
It features a a 5-megapixel rear camera and a 2-megapixel front-facing camera. It is backed up by a 2600 mAh battery that can deliver up to 25 hours of usage time and up to 10.45 days of standby time.
